In August 2023, in order to strengthen the quality and safety awareness of employees in various positions in the production workshop and comprehensively improve the 

overall quality of employees, EVOTEC organized the knowledge training of quality and safety for all employees according to the different situations of each team. The Director 

Ding of the General Office,Manager Wei of the Quality Inspection Department and Manager Wang of the Production Department conducted "one-to-one" training 

courses for each team.  

Combined with the actual work, the training identifies the problems for the employees in various positions, analyzes the reasons and educates them how to prevent

 problems before they happen,and improves their own awareness and abilities. The trainees listened carefully, watched carefully and remembered carefully.

 And this training receives good results.

Through this training, employees of all positions have established the correct concept of quality and safety, deepened the awareness of the importance of quality

 and safety, and understood how to deal with emergencies correctly. This training has a positive role in promoting the ability of employees in various positions.
